A gentle, welcoming 6-session package designed for riders who are new or masters to yoga and want to build a truly heartfelt bond with their horse.
Sessions begin on the ground in paddock/pasture with just you and your equine bestie and where we are in the moment. We will practice specific ground poses to synchronize your breath, posture, balance, and mindfulness to your equine partner, then progress to mounted work focusing on connection, core stability, and calm; presence.
Practice is done bareback and bridleless when mounted; just you, your horse, and breath.
Whether you’re a beginner on the mat or the saddle, coming back to breath is where it all begins.
Pease note that any travel farther than 20 miles will be added to the final bill. No refunds. Must start use within 2 months of purchase.
